I plan on selling a few items on each new account and build the feedback up to 10 or so, and let them age till the end of November..
Am I going to end up listing one Playstation 4 on these and then immediately get restricted and shut down due to low feedback and such a high risk item? | A good start. Make sure right from the start, you are organised.
Have you got your 'files' with all your info listed? That is crucial for good stealth.
Here are two I suggest you use for your work. http://www.aspkin.com/forums/multipl...cel-sheet.html

Whatever else you do, ASK on the forum first before making any decisions. Better for us to guide you than extract you from some sad situation with ebay/paypal after the event.
Go slowly, go well.

Look at all your venues of sales - dont plan to sell them in a week off of ONE account...spread

Im figuring. Have 6 accounts total.
Sell two per account as a pre-sale listing in late October
Sell two more per account after release in November.
Sell two more per account some time in December
That puts me at 36, which is over what I have ordered. Do one day shipping. Request buyer to leave feedback immediately after receiving item.
I am estimating a minimum of 400 profit a piece. Based on historic sales of previous generations these should hit a 1000+ no problem before Christmas.
This will leave my sales per month relatively low per account while still achieving my goal. Hopefully I will have the 21 day limits lifted by October or November.
I have successfully opened three accounts and kept pretty good records. I will likely do small buys and sales to get my feedback to over 10 roughly to build some credit.

Decide now what type of buyer you want to attract. Make a rock solid listing for them to reduce issues.
Good Luck | I am totally agree with GreenBean. Be prepare to have one eBay / Paypal account for each PS4. Have legitimate retail purchase receipt means nothing to Paypal on high risk electronics. They don't like seller buying from other retail channel and then sell them for a profit. PP consider such transaction high risk and will permanently limit your account.
Unfortunately, I learned this the hard way. My PP account average 35k~50k / month for years. They limited it solely because I sold 8 new iPad mini in two weeks. After submitting fully verifiable purchase receipt from Apple store, they permanently limited my account. The customer rep told me specifically that PP doesn't like such practice, due to high volume of fraudulent purchase funded by stolen credit card.
I did get my account back at the end, mostly due to an excellent eBay & Paypal history. But they said I need to contact them first before starting selling those type of items and provide them some type of wholesale contract with distributor.

i wouldnt entirely count out craigslist, sometimes its nice to have cash in hand with no fees. Anytime I have sold anything on craigslist that wasnt furniture I have met them Inside the public library to do the exchange.
Never had an issue, meeting in public is always ideal but some peoples idea of in public is a parking lot, thats not exactly the safest place even if there are people in the general area, Meeting Inside a public place surrounded by people will discourage most shady folks.
My friend's mom owns a beauty salon and when she had some ipads to sell she had them all come there to meet her, never any issues. but if dealing with large sums of cash I'd highly recommend getting a counterfeit detection pen, I dont know about where you all are but counterfeit money is on the rise here where Im at.

Something that high in value is too much of a risk for me personally. But if you must... here are a few tips if selling on ebay:
Limit ONE per customer. (set the limits in your ebay account prefs)
Make sure you have the console numbers if possible.
Confirmed addresses and sig conformation is obvious.
Check out their feedback that they have and what they have left for others to avoid issues and fraudsters. And here are a few if selling on Craigslist:
Bring a person or 3 along with you If they don't want to meet at a police station. Have your friends/family strategically positioned to protect you and your product. (exits, entrances, etc)
NEVER go straight home. Walk around and go shopping or something. I personally wait around 20 minutes after they leave to head home.
A police station would be ideal. They refuse to meet you, well you have flags.
Never drop off anything to anyone's home. You don't want to be on their turf where they know where everything is..
Cash is king. I check bills right in front of their faces from 20 dollar bills and up.. I don't know you, I don't trust you. They get tiffy, they will get over it. Counterfeiting on the holidays is very common.

I'd be nervous receiving $1000 payment to Paypal , definitely start making stealth accounts now , and make a nice amount .
Start selling on them all and sell items specific to play station . Try as best to increase the items your selling cost over the next coming months. You don't want to shock the system with going from $50-$100 items to $1000 items, it will raise flags and get u limited.
Basically you need to age and break in the accounts , like a new baseball mitt that needs breakin in before you play the big game.
I think with this item , you may have better luck with Craigslist where your getting cash , Paypal can be risky , especially since the accounts you plan on using still dont exist yet.
It would not be good to ship all these high priced items out and than get limited on withdrawling the money , getting Paypal to accept the payments without limiting you is one problem the other is than transferring the funds.
I know no risk no reward but , this is risky selling this high priced item on new stealth accounts, this item is good for an aged account with high feedback that is already selling these items.
Anyway , follow through with all stealth guidelines and good luck
