Does Purchasing an Item on Ebay with Paypal Account Link Ebay + Paypal?

Operating stealth accounts means having 1 ebay account and 1 paypal account tied to one another --- no more. So to answer your question, yes they will be linked.

If you want more ebay accounts, you need to create a paypal account for each and operate them independently of one another. This means, no information (IP address, name, address, dob, bank, etc.) is shared between your stealth accounts.
