Shipping Exclusion List - Worst buyer experiences
Greetings,
I would like to create a shipping exclusion list on my currently 100+ active listings would like to do it all at once in a bulk, I have tried selling manager tools and I have not been successful trying to edit the exclusion list other than doing it manually.
I have a warehouse in China, I ship using China post and hongkong post. I have had best experiences sending parcels to UK, USA, Canada and Australia. Worst experiences have been:
Brasil
Sri Lanka
India
Pakistan
South Korea
Israel
I have not had many transactions but that's my list so far, could anyone suggest me any additional countries which I may be missing out because I usually end up getting cases after 20-days people claiming they never received their items and actually I think they received it just the tracking number never updated fast enough like USPS usually does to USA and similarly many other countries.
Today I have received a dispute from a buyer in Israel who claimed he never received his item and to my surprise the tracking number shows ' DELIVERED ' so now I have had enough of this and would like to set rules to who I ship and who I decide not to ship.
I have noticed in an year I have received 50+ item not received cases and all items I had to refund because I do not want to risk a negative feedback on my main account, now I know where all my profit was going after analyzing my account.:rant: |
