How to add CC to ebay for store

I may be missing something but does ebay check whos name the CC is in when you add on for a store?
Or can you just use a vanilla Visa?
i did the math and having a store will save me quite a bit of money.

You can use Vanilla Visa - register the zip code to match your eB registration info - keep the name as the stealth account name and away you go...should work fine.
