Is there a way to specify not ship to PR on eBay ?
 

Thsi is regarding to eBay USA selling setup..
I had enough with buyers from Puerto Rico providing non-USPS shipping address and gets returned by USPS ...
Is ther a way in eBay to bulk edit all my listings to block buyers from PR ?

Try this...

• Go to My eBay.
• Click the Account tab, and then click Site Preferences on the left.
• In the Selling Preferences section, scroll to Shipping preferences, and then click the Show link.
• Next to Exclude shipping locations from your listings, click the Edit link.
• Select the states, territories, or regions you don't want to ship to. You can exclude entire continents or select Show all countries, and then select the specific countries you don't want to ship to.
• All excluded countries you selected will appear on the lower section of the page.

There's also an option on individual listings (just tried w/ a new listing).

Under the "Add Shipping Details" section, choose "Add/remove options"

From there, you can create an exclusion list and specify which countries you don't want to ship to (US Protectorates in your case).

I just bulk edit all my accounts to exclue PR shipping !!!

Not quite sure why did usps returned for non US shipping locations, every single address in here is a USA shipping address. Mainland sellers don't know what they are mi$$ing for not shipping on priority flat rate to PR. Sorry if I added my comment on an older thread, please delete if this is a wrong message, sorry I'm new here just searching around

exactly why block Puerto Rican people this is a terrritory of USA and USPS is great here also PR people buy a lot in ebay everytime more sellers in ebay block us to buy is not fear.
