FedEx only???

Is anyone else having an issue where you can only ship via FedEx? It's showing USPS as an option, but there's a new FedEx terms of service popup, and FedEx is the only option that actually works, when you try to use USPS, it just reverts to fedex and gives you a quote for 500% of the USPS rate. Does anyone know a workaround? Seems like it may just be an eBay bug.

Yep I just tried to print postage, if you log in Paypal and try to print their a message pops up that they are doing maintenance till 1am pacific time

Message on page:

You can't print a USPS shipping label because we're performing maintenance. Please try again after Aug. 1, 2013 01:00:00 AM MST or print a FedEx shipping label.

You can manually print a label through PayPal with this link...

It didnt pop up in ebay so I went to try and print from logging in Paypal direct and that's when it came up
