Sold as Special Offer

How do sellers like these get this option "sold as special offer" what exactly is happening?

Also, how doee he get it to say "limited quantity available"?

Seller has over quarter of a million feedbacks. What did you think eBay was going to treat them like they were a newbie? It's obviously a Titanium power seller. In fact I remember this seller from it's heydays.

Need to post large warnings before all eBay links.

If you have that much feedback you will be able to do a lot more things on eBay as well

Imagine listing over 10 thousand items

rsot 08-02-2013 02:05 PM

Titanium power seller ...very much experienced - lots to learn from the type

I can't imagine anything less than a large office block full of staff managing the eBay account and a large warehouse with forklift trucks and regular HGV's visiting.

A big step up from selling out of my garage. Most shops don't have that many products. I wonder if he has a stealth account...

stanislav 08-02-2013 02:58 PM

They don't need stealth account. They have been selling for so long they have nothing to worry about unless they really screw up big time.

He started back in 2000.

He has paid his dues by hard work.

Good for him. Done well for himself.

Sounds like he started when he was under 18 though. I thought you always had to be over 18.

Company is one of the biggest retailers of its type in California.

Not sure where you get that age from...

Exports worldwide from the retail site alone.

'I am 29 now, its 12 years later' bit, would have made him 17.

Very impressive for someone under 30. Goes to show what a lot of hard work can achieve.

aniseed 08-03-2013 06:00 PM

I wish I could go back in time instead of wasting the last 10 years slaving for somebody else

rsot 08-06-2013 12:42 PM

An account since 2000 - very amazing...kudos to him for survival.
