Issues with shipping notification emails & tracking from ebay
 

Anyone else having issues with the automated message from ebay to the buyer letting them know their package has shipped not being sent? Or trying to track from ebay and getting weird messages telling you that you aren't the buyer or seller of the item?

I've had 3 buyers ask me today if I had a tracking number for them, all of their stuff shipped on weds, I always print my labels from ebay so they always get that "Your item has shipped" message automatically but for whatever reason I dont think it's working correctly or at least it wasnt on weds.

Further more one of my buyers apparently got the shipping message but when she clicks on the tracking number she gets an error telling her she can't use the feature because she is neither the buyer nor seller of this item. I'm getting the same error msg on this item when I go to my ebay sold page and click the tracking number, but if I go to USPS.com I can track it with no problem.

Anyone else having any issues? If so any since weds?

I had a similar issue with a buyer yesterday and it was an item that the label was printed using Pay Pal multi order shipping on Sunday and went out in Mondays mail. Couldn't check it in Ebay but the number showed on the PayPal transaction details page and the customer found it there.
