I just created a new eBay and Paypal account with a different name, address, ip, telephone, email.

I tried listing some art supply item I had lying around the house but on the last page before I can list the item, it shows I have to increase my limits. The item listed for $2 with $1 shipping so it shouldn't go over any sort of limit.

But the message I got was that I have to raise my limits by calling them. The thing is, the account is with a different name and address. Will I be able to call them and have them fix this?

Do you have any current listings or was that the very first item you tried to list?

That was my very first time listing.
