New dirty tricks eBay is pulling


I've had items removed for ⊗⊗⊗⊗ reasons that if somebody actually took one look at the listings, they wouldn't pull them

Like
Pulling items for listing outside the adult category when they obviously were not in any way adult items.
Pulling items for "miscategorization of digital goods" when the items obviously were physical (e.g. title, description, picture, etc.)

Some of them eBay has restored and I am waiting to hear back on the rest.


eBay ONLY is doing this on relists and then cheats me out of the relist credit. Then they won't refund the original item.


I don't know if someone is reporting them or if eBay is acting on its own and I have known eBay to act on its own.

WOW.. thats a new one on me..
I have had a Vero in the past 2 weeks.. I've waited 13 days, and still no followup from Rolex usa.
I emailed ebay again, and told them rolex will not respond.. so we'll see.
BTW-in my case-it wasnt even a watch, but a part that rolex sells, and listed with the receipt from the local A.D.!!
