I setup an ebay stealth account and made the mistake of selling cell phone parts.... opps :rip: and i got the MC999 error but nothing happened to the paypal account.... this was also about 2 months ago

is it safe to setup another account using the paypal account (that was not effected)??

Also when it comes to high risk items that generate the MC999 what about Adult Items....

Start fresh with a new PP/EB acct.
That PP acct was already linked to a suspended EB acct. You do not want to link them all together.

If you link that paypal account to another ebay account, it will link to the old ebay account and it will be toast again.

Might worth a shot to see if you can have the MC999 lifted - call them up - even though it has been 2 months

mc999's and mc067's don't automatically suspend the ebay account like a mc008 does, most of the time they remove the items, did ebay suspend the account? If so, the paypal account is toast.
