Not sure if my question is appropriate for this forum.

I purchased Photoshop CS2 in bulk from India, he provides the serial, activation keys during installation and it completely works. I resold it on eBay, but customers are saying that they want genuine with sealed box or refund or complain to eBay.

what are my options, if I provide refund I will loose lot of money as I have paid to my contact for the supply, I doubt he will provide me refund.

You sold counterfeits, plain and simple. eBay doesn't allow that and your customers know it. They could have just as well downloaded a Torrent with Photoshop and get it for free.

torrents are the worst thing imaginable you don't know what you're downloading. There is only one site which is king of all and will always be on top with over 600k members.
