People who have accounts that are years old stuggle to sell items like that.
An account that is less than 3 months old will not be able to
Find another item to sell.

You cannot base your business on what other people can and cannot sell.

Thank you everyone | Just because everyone else is doing it does not mean that you can get away with it doing it.
Beats are notoriously hot for being phakes,
Best be avoided.

Thank you everyone | True.
But you are my worry, not some unknown seller out there.
I hope to be able to help you with your issue. |

@butterfly...
A common mistake of what most people do is thinking "if they can sell it with low or no feedback, why can't i?"
Yes, you may see a couple of accounts sell some VeRO items and it may look fine. But eBay and its VeRO members are vigilant w/ this program and will shut down those accounts.
When creating a new account; you need to start off slowly. Ebay is watching you closely...if they see you start listing hot selling or the most popular items right off the bat, how do you think that looks in their eyes?
Its best if you start off very slow and list low risk items until you gain their trust. Then maybe you can venture into larger, more valuable items.

@OP, way too risky of an item to sell right away...on a new account...not worth trying to sell unless you explore how to sell it.
Even with time, as you build your account, these headphones are tricky to sell
An account created on 22 June is by no means well-established

Plus if your going to sell something hot as this you need to make sure the account is over 3-6 Months old, and has a high rating. Also use many accounts that are aged, and in well order to spread out the sales of these High Risk items. Don't sell 5 in one week on one account. Instead sell 1 on each account with 5 accounts. Even then your accounts aren't safe from a item that is phake so much!
Best of luck to you!

Seriously. Monster is a "big box" seller on eb. There is no way I would ever list anything in direct competition with them. The market is also flooded with replicas.

Your items may be 100% legitimate, but if there are counterfeits of that item, selling it will be a problem.
Don't fall into the trap of basing what you do on other sellers. Arguing the point that others are selling the same thing will get you nowhere with eBay.
Sometimes I was able to sell things others could not. Other times, I got shut down while others were able to sell. We would all love to know how eBay decides these things, but they have been very selfish in not sharing that information with us.
All you can do is find a product to sell which has not been mass-produced by counterfeiters. Expensive watches, cell phone cases, DVD's, purses, headphones (expensive ones, like Beats by Dre, Bose, etc.) NFL jerseys and other hot brand name items fall into this category. It may not be fair, but it is reality. The counterfeiters have ruined it for everyone.
If I had to sell such an item,. I would try to do it locally, through a classified ad, or on Craigslist or something. I would also make sure the item was authentic.

Yup, never a good idea to list anything that is highly counterfeited on new stealth account. Back to SandyD recommendations. Books, used clothed, household items. To get the account started.

I know everyone has heard of this before, but sell items that you do not have to worry about. Stay away from the items that have a reputation for being ⊗⊗⊗⊗. Once you are selling legitimate items that don't have that reputation your life will be so much easier. There is so many product out there you can make money on. The best feeling in the world is making lots of money on your products, when eBay leaves you alone.
best of luck
Dave

My thoughts exactly, It is impossible to build a stable business if what you are selling is illegal. Many people say they cannot find anything to sell profitably except counterfeits. But that is ridiculous. Look beyond electronics, DVD's, designer stuff and you will discover some profitable niches. Selling Kerlix may not be as sexy as selling Louis Vuitton, but it is profitable AND it is legal.
