Problem using guest checkout & US shipping address

Hello, I ordered three Nokia Lumia 520 on ebay.com and used Guest Checkout option and did not register on ebay.com.

I gave USA shipping address but I got usa address from viaaddress.com and now I heard that viaaddress.com is scam company. My seller already shipped two mobiles and gave me usps tracking code and one order still did not ship from seller.

Now I want to contact seller and asked to cancel my already shipped items and reship to my new usa address but I did not register on ebay.com.

How can i contact my seller via email and request him to cancel my shipping and reship to my new usa adress.

I Do not think that Via Address is going to Steal your Phones, but they will Overcharge you to Re Ship them, I have had customers outside the USA use them since I do no ship internationally, and it is their reshipping fees that they are ALWAYS complaining about,,,so at least you will get your phones,,,Live and Learn

Is viaadress.com legit company or scam ? I found many bad reviews and complaints about viaaddress.com
