Default Managing ebay shops

Hi there

Im thinking of going into managing ebay shops...I think there is a good market there

How would I decide on the price I charge. I was thinking of say 1500 dollars per month for high volume ie greater than 100 items/day sellers

For lower sales this would be less

For this I would answer all mails/send sales sheets/list items daily

For people who dropship I would also check dropshippers site and advise my customer if new items should be listed. I would also do a certain amount of listing templates

Do you think there is a market for this and is my price compeditive?

Thanks
Noel

ABSOLUTELY! But I can't imagine managing 100+ listings a day for only $1500. and do listings?

I have my hands full with just 20-30 items a month.

I have a feeling you would be in Great Demand!

I know a dozen members on this forum who would love this type of help. Don't sell your self short though, in my opinion 1500 a month isn't enough, but then I agree you don't want to be too expensive and have no clients. I'm sure some members will help you out with a price pretty soon.

great aspkin thanks

what amount would you think i should charge

some high volume sellers sell alot with tight margins but some sellers then sell very few items but large margins

only way i can cost would be sales volume as the more they sell the more work listings/mails etc

Please pass on word of my new service

Also where is a good place to advertise..ill be setting up site soon any other good sites?
Thanks
Noel

Ive see people advertising for similar things on Elance and Rent A Coder.

You should be able to find someone their who is looking for what you need

Edit: I just had a look on Elance, the title is called an eBay consultant - eBay

I would have to say, take a percentage of what the seller makes per month/week/day however you want to do it.

A flat fee might be better and easier to work on. Try it out, if it's not too much work for you $1500 might be okay.

It would be a lot of work but you could watch all the items that person is selling and find out how much you should get on each one...something along those lines.

Noel:
I have well over 100/day, in total- but I "personallly" would not place my bread and butter into someone elses hands.
(thats just me)--
Everythings so automated, auto-relists take care of that- and by setting up inventory on your selling mgr pro-that notifies you of the out of stocks/low stocks,
NOW- i do use part time College girls to answer emails-
but they do so much more,
and if its a "male" client--they can usually get add ons to the initial orders.
--another view would be your complete and TOTAL knowle3dge of the product line..
(Just giving u tips--as you seem to be targeting powersellers)..
best of Luck,
EBHL

If youre also sourcing the items, why not just run your own ebay shops?
