category restriction

I was restricted from selling in a category for too many neg feedback 5 out of 900 DA. All paper work was in order 10 yr old account.

My family all has accounts. Most have not been used in the last 2 years all pos feedbacks.

Is there anything wrong with giving / selling them my item to list and sell.

they have no neg feedback and my bills are all in order

As long as your comfortable with your family being super pissed in case they get limited or anything of that nature.

well at the first sign of trouble i would stop .
it was my username that a few competitors had a problem .
i sold 4 items and them relized 3 were not paid for.

called ebay was told they are able to have more then 1 account in a house and told me to ship one paid for ( all items came from same address)

thanks for the help

PLEASE do not trust ebay.

Because of your category restriction you will have to watch how you conduct your account.

Using your family's accounts will be looked at in bad light by ebay.

They will think you are trying to get around the restrictions.

Did you know this?

so i should take 10k in inventory and sell it in the street .

yes i am trying to get around the restriction not hiding it .

selling inventory to a member to sell , with no neg feedback , seems legit to me

i get money back and they will make the profit again

ty for the input please keep it coming

You will NOT be able to do that from the same house/address/IP.

ebay will not accept this. They will think YOU are making the sales. There is no trust with ebay.

Yea, eBay reps are not trustworthy. Unless you have sold 100-150k + a year I can't remember how much you need to get an actual eBay account manager assigned to you who has some pull. I would not to trust anyone else. Especially anyone who just answers the calls at eBay. They have no say over what Trust and Safety does or thinks. It is a completely different department.
