how to check inventory...
 

at the end of every month I run my inventory and see what I have sold on eb.

this is what I do now: i go to account summary, fees, and filter search to 1st of month to end of month. then i have to go through each item and see what I have sold.

is there a software, eb app, website, or anything that organizes the items sold with a more organized form, maybe through item number? or is what im doing right now the best way? thanks.

Not sure of exactly what software exists for this but would not recommend you use any eB app for this (if existent)

ok thx for the info. but its getting very time consuming and if numbers are off, I have to go back and start again. how do you keep track if you have thousands of items in inventory and hundrends of sales? my way (pretty much manually) is a headache.

One method is to have all items on shelves, bar code underneath them and use a bar code scanner to scan the bar code each time you remove an item.
