All the Negative feedback is all the Same,,"No Item, No Response", ect, ect, Im Sorry to say but I think that there is a VERY STRONG Possibility that this poor seller suffered a SERIOUS Calamity, like a Heart Attack,,,as for the account, If what I suspect is true, and it can be proven Ebay may cut him some slack if he is alive

Actually thats a good point slapped, now that I read his feedback more carefully looks like that is probably the case. Doesn't seem like a bad seller just might of had a situation that prevented him from shipping.

You do have to wonder why people are still buying from the seller. The neg feedback stretches back for nearly a year.

That's right - which could be that people who are fans of the Spirulina product don't bother to check his stats. Good point slapped.

Wish him the best and move on - if he isn't a competitor of yours, best not to think about.

Aother point is he is listing on ebay de.

He may have another account that allows this one to stay up.

German business accounts sometimes get away with more.

You may be right. But if this seller is seriously ill then wouldn't ebay at least cancel the listings until the seller is back on his feet?

If ebay do not 'know', then they would rarely do anything.

Other thing is would they care?

If the listings are on auto they are mean enough to let the listings continue so they get their fees.
