eBay Phone Centre located in which country?
 

I was calling for one of my stealth, the lady asked me if I'm calling all the way from HK.

I said yes and she said she always wanted to visit.

I asked her if she's from USA? She says 'hmm, err...we're in the same continent.'

So just wondering where is the call centre located? Out of curiosity.....:humble:

As far as I can tell they have multiple call centers around the globe. So if you are calling from HK in the middle of your day it will not get routed to a US call center in the middle of the night here. My guess is you got to a center in India or closeby.

Phillipines , India and in the US there is a call center in UTah but they will never say they are out of the US

haha that's why she said 'we're in the same continent.' when I'm in Asia, lol.

zoneout, I called during midnight and it's the middle of the day in USA, quite strange.

Anyway I asked because I thought all are in USA.

They told me they will send me an email rightaway but no there's nothing...

While interesting your curiosity of the call center, it is confirmed that not in the USA for cost reasons - technically, the agents are supposed to be nice and objective but you got a "chatty agent" hah. As long as your account is in good standing though...

Not in good standing, was trying something that worth it so took a risk.

Usually seldom call except I for some basic verifications.

True - good risk taking then...always good to be friendly with the agent - if you get an a$$hole of an agent, you retry for better agent.
