Paypal limited, can still sell on linked ebay acc

My stealth paypal has been limited due having too many open cases.

Ebay account linked with the pp acc is still working fine, can list items, they also increased my selling limit just yesterday to 260 items per month.

Was wondering if I can make a new stealth paypal and add it to the ebay acc?

Or best to leave it alone for a while and see what happens.

Cannot use PayPal with this eBay account

You can use another payment method though.
