Could I just tell ebay who I really am and my old account info?

My ex wife wanted to be a "stay at home mom" and boy was she a piece of work. She was one bad apple and as dishonest as they come. She just basically didn't send people there packages for no good reason at all besides laziness and being bipolar.

My question - I would glady pay any kind of money she screwed people out of to clear my name and get back on under a new legit account. I would even glady donate to a charity of there choice.

I hate having to do things under a different name. I just want to be honest and legit.

Any opinions or suggestions?

You won't have any luck going that route. EBay won't care. Your best bet would be just to setup a new account. It takes some work, but it seems like your only choice.

If you follow aspkin's guide and feebay's pointers, you can remain legit and honest. You just have to go another route (i.e. po boxes, new bank accts., new IP, etc) to get back on and stay on. Will take alot more diligence tho than before you were suspended. Refreshing still to hear what you've said about being straight up.
