Need help about ebay purchasing with credit card
 

Hello, I am trying to purchase HTC mobile on ebay.com using my credit card. I used Guest Checkout option on ebay and enter shipping address and select payment method Credit Card then ebay reffer me to paypal.com. I do not have a paypal acount I used second option on paypal (Do not have papal account Pay with credit card ) then I fill form like credit card details and billing address but my shipping address like name , address and country is different. When I click on Continue button following error shows

The credit card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit card number.

Why paypal do not accept my credit card or I must use the same shipping address as my billing address or there is a problem in my credit card but I checked my credit card on other website and worked properly. Has anyone used their credit card to buy item on bay and used different shipping address than billing address. Does ebay allow to buy items using credit card and can use different shipping address. Please reply with details

What country is your credit card from?

Is this another purchase where you are using a USA shipping address because of being based in Pakistan?

Seller may not like the idea of an overseas buyer getting his item.

Yes, I am using credit card of france and france billing address and using USA shipping address. Is it possible to buy items ?
