Neg Feedback Without Paying
 

Hi again,

I sold an item day before yesterday and the buyer was an newly made account with 0 feedback ,
I sent invoice today and first thing saw was that there was Sir Alan Sugar Name written from which i guessed the buyer is ⊗⊗⊗⊗, even though i sent the invoice,

few mins after i checked and saw i got Neg feedback "Sent me a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ phone that didn't work stay away. Sent me ������������" written that.

so my question is how can i get it removed?

Issue an unpaid item strike and the feedback will be removed.

Sounds like competition to me, or Sir Alan is bored.

Open up an Unpaid buyer case - wait to close it out - if feedback doesnt go away then you will need to e-mail eBay

Had similiar issue but he paid for and received item. Wont respond to emails, left bad phone number. Buy only had 8 feedbacks. Am I out of luck?
