item not showing up in search results suddenly?
 

All of my items are suddenly not showing up in the best match search results, i have about 5 items on BIN, as a goods till cancelled listing. The top item has sold over 700 and the least sold was 50 for another item.
Yesterday i checked the search listing and it is not coming up in page 1 as my items usually do. or any other page??

However it seems like my listing is still up and in search results as i tried to search with " lowest first". It just does not come up in best match like it used to. Its all happened suddenly yesterday! This is with all my items for listing.

Your listings could have been out-trumped by competitors. Need to experiment with what wording puts you back up. No way of really discussing this without seeing what you are up to (just fyi)

Happening to other sellers too.

Their visibility changes overnight.

Even TRS are affected.

Your best rank rating has been effected.

Have a look to see what competition have done, and then you will have to out do them.

I dont think its anything to do with competitors. I am having trouble with all my items and its happened overnight.
I have had customer service contacting me recently on open cases to check i have received item or not but they have all asked me positively and are not putting any blame on me.

Ranking:
eBay search ranking takes into account seller ratings.

If you have lower DSR, actions against your account, etc. your items will likely appear at the bottom of the list.

Best match means they present to customers best products from 'perceived' best sellers.

Listing ingestion:
I have noticed that when you list a new item, it can take up to 36h for ebay to display it. Frustrating when you do 3 days auctions.

A contributing factor.

At the moment your " quality" as a seller is tarnished.

I have noticed that this has happened after my evaluation on 20th.
My performance is now "below standards" all of the ticks are green however except for the "cases closed without seller resolution" it is 0.32 whereas above average and top rated require 0.30 atleast.

The closed cases without seller resolution are some cases that have been escalated tustomer service but i havr won the cases since buyers didnt provide tracking information for returned item. hence no refund was given by customer support after case was escalated.
Does this still affect my "closed cases without seller resolution" ?

I had this for USA sales, and I've been 'restricted' in that market.

My % went from 99.8% to 99.4% within a week (max allowed 0.30%), so yours might drop down fairly quickly?

I just refund buyers now, if it's a reasonable value.. just not worth me getting any cases against me :s

You have below standards so that's one issue.

You won the cases but still have had cases against you - all this contributes

Keep watching your seller's dashboard.

Deal with issues.
