Selling limits after all those sales???
 

I have two accounts that I sell video games on. One account I have over 700 video games sales, the other I have like 300 video game sales. Both accounts have feedback ratings over 99%. I go to list some games on both accounts today and I get this message....

"Alert! You’ve reached the selling limit for the number of items you can list in this category. This means you won't be able to complete this listing right now, but you may still be able to list other types of items in other categories. You'll be able to list more items in this category in 30 days.
Account privileges for sellers are limited for selected categories. These limits help us make sure all sellers meet their buyers' needs in categories where buyers have higher expectations." ........

I'M CONFUSED!!! I've had both of these account for 6 months... The VIDEO GAME limit was removed after the first 90 days. So, why did they put the limit back on?? Is this some sort of GLITCH??? Please help.....

What was the limit before they lifted the limit, and what were they after?

THE LIMIT WAS (5) items in the video game category before the first 90 days.....after 90 days the limit was removed completely .........Now I go to list this morning and I get that message ON BOTH ACCOUNTS.....I don't understand....

yeah, I have a couple of negs but still, the feedback rating is over 99.5% on both accounts.....That shouldn't have anything to do with it.....

They review these accounts constantly.

I'd be willing to bet the video games you're selling are less than legal... or if they are, they appear to not be. It's no different than someone selling software. You're in a high risk category. Make more accounts, sell as much as you want!

If those negs had any of the following words in them, "f@ke, not legit, Bootleg" then it could of triggered ebay, also if someone complaints to ebay that your items are not legit it could triggered a review.

eBay does that.

Never a given the limits are permanent.

They increase them or they lower them.

They do it unexpectedly too.
