Now days, I do my best to avoid returns at all. In my cases I am willing to give a buyer a partial refund and take a small loss rather than have to deal with taking and item back. Everyone is different. For me returns=hassle, stress, etc. I prefer to just get it over with.
The one exception is if the open a case on eBay not as described etc, then you check the box for having them return. Once you complete that I do believe you don't have to file your own case to get the eBay fees back. Knock on wood but it has been a while since I have had to go that route. |
