I've never seen this come up on an account that has feedback, and is over 3months old.

Is there a way around this.

Please review the attached pictures.

Depends in what category the item is being listed,

which category?
how many items have you previously listed in that category?

The only way around this type of limit is to list your item in a different category but by doing this....you will get in trouble with ebay.

Best thing to do is make more accounts.

Easiest way around this is to a) wait 30 days and b) make more stealths - build that credibility.
