Shipping on new stealth accounts

Just started selling with some new stealth accounts, I noticed when you try to use ebay shipping it states that you can either pay for the shipping now or later when funds are released.

Does this get automatically paid or does it get lumped into my fees like when shipping with fed ex on their site

As soon as you get the email" your funds are released you will get another after saying thank you for payment to ebay shipping . Great option for new accounts
