How many depend on ebay as their only income?

Hi everyone. I have been reading the forums since June but this is my first post.

I am very excited! I suddenly remembered that I had 2 accounts that are pre-11/07. I had only opened them to shill one time and have figured out the password for one so far. I have only done that twice. I don't make it habit but now I am glad I did. So I will proceed slowly to not mess them up.

I was curious how many of you depend on ebay as the majority of your income? Up until May, it was half of mine. When I got suspended I sure started busting my a*s more at my day job selling cars. Didn't know I had it in me. My boss noticed too.

Now I will still do ebay, but will not depend on it.

Shill bidding.....nice.....what the heck is wrong with people.......shill bidding is wrong and possibly illegal.

I was making so much on ebay at one point that I seriously thought about quitting my day job and commiting to ebay full time. But I do not like the fact that ebay & Paypal have total control over your business and sales. Almost like a boss at a job that can fire you at anytime. That is what scared me.

I have heard horror stories about people who have quit their job to sell on ebay fulltime only to get suspended and paypal limited and lose everything.

Its not illegal to bid up your item in a real auction, so why would it be any different online?

If it makes you feel better I'm sure many shill bidders accidentily win and pay final value fees lol

This is a thread about users "depending on eBay for their income." Not about shill bidding.
