Same buyer purchased 3 same item but only paid one
 

This buyer is very strange. He brought one item from me on 25 Sep but did not pay immediately. I have sent at least 2 reminders to him but he ignore. On 02 October, he brought 2 items, both are the same product with the initial one. This time, he just paid for 1 item. I therefore sent another reminder to him if he has any issues for payment. None replies received yet.

I am wondering if I have report these cases to eBay. I have already dispatched the paid item today.

Open up non-paying cases for the items not paid for - simple. Ask him why he only paid for one. Not much else you can do now.

Unfortunately eBay does not give intelligence tests to buyers. Looks like you got one of the basket cases. Good luck!

Block him then too - on your blocked bidder list if it is too sketch as well
