Pre Paid Gift Card & Bank Account Clarification

Hi all. I'm looking for some clarification on gift cards and bank accounts. I'm currently stuck at this section in the book. Is the book recommending to get a bank account (I'm currently looking at Wells Fargo) but use a prepaid card to pay fees and use the bank account to receive money? Thanks in advance.

You will need a Bank Account to withdraw the funds (Wells Fargo works great).
The Gift Card + Bank Account will fully verify your Paypal.

You CAN use the Gift Card to pay for fee's.

Hi there, i'm contacting from the UK. I also got stuck at this part.

If I open up a normal bank account, I open it in my real name and real address and I can use this to pay fees and withdraw? Will this not be a bait link to my real name?

The gift card is purely for verifying the paypal? Does this go in my 'new name' and 'new address'?
