Acquring a new UK mobile number

Hi guys, I'im just wondering what the best way to go about getting a new mobile number is in the UK without buying a pay as you go phone... What are the best websites to use?

I just order vodafone SIM cards. Free and pop them into my phone when ever I need to use them. For the larger accounts that get phone calls, I will just buy a cheap £20 phone and keep it on charge with the SIM in it in the office.

Cool, cheers, definitely seems like the easiest way... Just ordereed a noia phone for £10, amazing what you can get for your money these days, i remember paying about £100 for my nokia 3310 about 10 years ago...
