One Paypal 2 Ebay accounts ???
 

I have been thinking of linking another ebay account to one Paypal I know the rules are a little shaky and also realize if one goes down so will the other but if I have a powerseller account and create another ebay account under same user account as it's other ebay and Paypal account new email and all same info, is there any benefited to this or is it putting the account at risk???

Also my Paypal is verified confirmed and EIN attatched with an ebay powerseller account .

I know on my real account I did this and was given the same 100 /5000 limit from the start with no holds is this the same with a stealth ???

Seems to me to just be putting a very good account at risk.

Selling limits will remain the same an just be spread across the two accounts.

So the account will go from 100 items to 2 that have 50???

Possible risks include 1) SPLITTING of limits 2) REDUCTION of limits 3) suspension of accounts citing risk concerns 4) NO action on the part of eB.

p.s. I have had all of that happen except 3) thankfully but it can happen.

You can run multiple eBay accounts with one PayPal. It is can be risky especially starting out.

You definitely should be selling different items on each account. They limits only get shared if you manually link them on eBay. Otherwise you are still stuck at the 10 items/$1000 transaction limits to start.

I advise if you go this route create a second eBay account. Use it to buy a few items for the first few months. Then slowly start selling low risk preferably household type items.

Basically to start out I would try to make it look like you have your business account then the second account is your personal account. So sell some used closed and that kind of stuff for a while before jumping into anything else.

This only works these days if you create the accounts at the same time

I also agree - would not risk tinkering with something that is not broken
