Can eB seller acct. automatically 'detach' itself from pp ?
 

Hi everyone -

One seller acct. linked (attached) to it's pp then, the pp went negative due

to a "buyer protection' dispute, outside of ebay sale. Upon the logging into

the eB to pay its outstanding low bal. seller fees, it looks like the attached

pp is no longer attached, anymore.

Possible?.. And, how / why did this happen?

EDIT: eB was also suspended for non-payment of seller fees. Made 1-time payment thru eB w/ visa gc. Account reinstated.

*Looking into ccnow for this eB, now, btw....

Is your pp limited? Didn't get this clear sense.

Doesn't matter if unattached - link still exists

Not too sure if it is limited. Cannot access the acct. forgot pw/answers to

security questions. The last pp email about 5 months ago only states to

'please pay neg. balance (less than 100$).

Am aware their linked by association. But, actually 'attached' to the eB is

what I am saying. (eg. backup funding source for eB seller acct.)

Oh wow - pp with no access possible...you can go into the seller account of eB and see what pp is on file (if any) for source of fee withdrawal...and then detach it

Yes, I understand this. Please excuse my questions for being

difficult to understand.. I don't blame anyone who's read my posts and

says, 'huh, wtf u just say? oh, u mean...' :suspicious:

I will spend a lil toooo long pondering over the

questions I have and how to ask them as proper as possible on a open

forum.

Anyways, what I meant is when logging into the the eB it say's to 'link a pp account / sign up for a pp acct.' Their are no signs of it being attached to the pp anymore. I never detached it from the eB. It looks like it detached automatically.
