new uk stealth account
 

after purchasing an account with pp verified and 25 selling limit. it comes with vcc for a year. I have just opened a new bank account, if I attach that to new stealth account will I still need vcc? can I then withdraw funds to bank account and withdraw with new bank card?

also I have reset my router just by resetting and turning it off. It changed ip according to whatmyip on google. the question is : do I have to use that specific ip everytime I log onto my new stealth ebay account? am I ok if I just don't use the original ip that I got suspended with ( I kept note of ip address I got suspended with).

If you ever want to use more than 1 stealth, which is generally advised, then you will need to track your IP address. You can log into a stealth with a different IP each time, but you cannot log onto an account with an IP that's been used on another EB before.

If you ever want to buy something off EB, or pay EB fees and don't have the funds to cover it in PP, then you will need to attach another VCC with the correct amount on it.

You can attach the bank account and withdrawal to it without issue (assuming its a bank that does not have issue with mismatching names). Let us know which bank you want to use to be advised of if its OK or not.

VCC and bank account help to keep higher limits on the pp so both are recommended to keep on the account.

As for IP use OP, the main point is that you should not be reusing IPs across accounts - keep track of them to avoid this
