what does this mean?
 

ive had my buiseness account restricted, heres what it says:

You can sell up to 10 items or up to £400.00 per month, whichever comes first.

when i request higher selling allowances i get this:

i have had this for the past couple of weeks
cant see what ive done to get this, my account has been active sinve 2007 and my feedback is 100% seller dash performance is green standard (although ive had a case opened against me which im dealing with and refunding)
just wondered if anyone else has had the same?

It means they want to talk to you and if they don't like your business plan they will gladly shutdown your account.

ive sold only 526 items none high risk mostly household items
