I got MC999 Selling restriction after 1 month on stealth acct
New and pre-owned coach bags were the active listing they removed.
A nice ebay lady called me back after I requested to call me back at the number connected to the stealth account.

I was asked a few questions like...
- account user ID
- registered address
- if I have all the items with me and I purchased them
- how I shipped the items sold

I answered all questions correctly and she removed the restrictions :)

hope they dont do that to me again!!!

With all due respect, I don't quite follow this line of thinking. You didn't get MC999 on a new account, so you were so concerned that account wasn't working properly you decided to call up to make sure things were OK w/ eBay?

Never, ever call eBay if you don't have to. If things are working fine, let it be. Ebay is not your buddy you can ring up and chat with to see how you're doing.

Calling them should be a last resort / ultimatum.

Glad things are OK with the account, but next time, just wait for advice from the forum on how to proceed before thinking of calling them.

Yes, never call eBay unless absolutely necessary. I haven't started to many stealth selling accounts recently. But most the seasoned vets on here tell me if you know what to list, how to list and prep the account correctly. You should be able to bypass the MC999.

There goes the the luck streak temporarily...anyway, congratz on getting that removed. Remember that you are never 100% safe so just keep listing slowly and safe items.

Okay, how about after my recent (4 days ago) reinstatement and limit increase, whens a great time to relist? They took down my kitchen utensil I was kicking butt with 10 bids and one day to go.
