Ebay buyer opened a case against me!
 

so some ass opened a case against me, he bought an item for 350 dollars, he opened the case 3- 4 weeks ago, ebay decided that I had to give him a refund after he sends the item back to me, they person hasn't respond to me, or send me a tracking number it's been 10 days since ebay told him to ship the item back, the money from that transaction is now available on paypal!
What can I do? should I take the money out there? since the person is not answering to me, ?? what would you guys do!!??? thank you in advance..

And dont do anything until the case closes out - just wait patiently - you may be in luck with the buyer failing to respond....don't rock the boat at this time - just wait.

As far as I know, that once there is a dispute, eBay/Paypal hold the money until the case is resolved. This just happened to me two days ago for $2,200. So, you won't be able to use or withdraw that money.

I think after 30 days the case automatically closes so at that point is safe to use the funds
