sold but no payment
 

hi guys
i need some advice
this is my problem
i sold a beats headphone but the buyer did not yet pay and i don't think he wil.
but he did bid on the auction so technicly i could take it up with ebay i supose ( i am very new at selling )
though this is very high risk item and probably not all that authentic :)
is it sensible to take it up with ebay or should i just move on ?

i didn't list anywhere it was original headhones and when he asked this question after sale was complete i replied
"imho this is original product but as i order trough third party i cannot give 100% certainty on this "


any insights anyone ?

You sold phakes and then expected him to pay for them once he questioned them.

I would move on and eat the fees knowing what you did and hope that the buyer didn't report you for selling counterfeits.

And also, I would be thankful that he didnt complete the transaction and leave you low DRSs (deservedly so) and negative feedback.

Since you ordered through a 3rd party retailer, the chances it is real are near 0%. Selling Beats on eBay is extremely risky because it is really easy to tell which beats are ⊗⊗⊗⊗ and you will get lots returns. This will ban/suspend all of your ebay accounts and as far as I know, Monster is pretty good about following up on counterfeit reports. Not only are you putting your accounts at risk but you would also be putting yourself in legal danger.

Your answer to their question also confirms that you think they are not authentic and that is probably why they aren't paying.

yes i will just move on
i know my reply was sketchy but if i say they are real i could get more trouble i supose
Just a thought if i order them and then sold them as used ones would that be safer and more thrustworthy, i supose it would no ?

No one on the forum is going to help you sell ⊗⊗⊗⊗ products, you need to look at your business plan and start again selling something else

No, you will get suspended sooner or later and then please don't come back here crying.

I was once like you. I made a fortune selling knockoffs but in the end it was too many problems with removed listings and suspended accounts. I found legit items to sell and my profit margins are still great and I can sleep well at night.

Just some friendly advice.

Best advise anyone can give you is to find legitimate items to sell. Selling phakes only ends one way

it's never as easy as it seems is it

i will find me some non brand stuff and try to sell that :)
