Does anyone use terapeak to find new niches? What/how do you use it to find niches?

terapeak will not help you find a niche, all it shows is previous sales and history.
it's main point is looking at product popularity, potential, average price etc. for those that want to compete with existing products

I use terapeak when I am out buying antiques as it helps me look at items before I purchase them to get an idea of selling prices.

If I find an item I am not familiar with I use it a lot but dont totally rely on it.

I then hit the ebay sold to double check on more expensive items.

Terapeak won't help you find anything.

You've got to have some idea of what you are doing and what you are looking for before you start digging into it.

otherwise you will just get very confused, and maybe start making mistakes.
