I have my first stealth account. I could have done it better from the address point of view it is too similar to the banned one. Would it be wise now to change both PP and EB contact infos or this would rise a huge flag?

You cant just change the contact info - that would likely be a risky flag for eB/PP - just go for new stealth if unsure
