Buying used eBay accounts
 

When buying a used eBay account should i

1. Ask for eBay user ID, password, security questions and answers

2, PayPal email address, password, SQ and answers

3, email attached to accounts and password SQ and answers

Have I missed anything and would I be in full control of the account once I have this information and change it?

Also should I keep everything on the account the same info and just change passwords and add new phone number and bank account?

exactly, login in and create cookies, browse, a day later change email then few days later change passwords, then few days later change phone. All at once with no cookies can flag. Once you have changed all passwords and changed email you are in control of it all.

The important one is the email to change first.
