Ebay asking me to upgrade to a business account HELP!!
 

Ebay have asked me to upgrade my account to a business one by a certain date or i will no longer be able to sell!
My problem is i got banned from ebay some years back and now opperate under a new account which i set up in my mother in laws name running a good sucessfull account with 100% feedback. My fear when i accept to do the upgrade it will ask me for a company registration number which i dont have and if i did get 1 would i have to set it up in my mother in laws name as if i did it in mine would ebay link me to my old suspended ones and close this down i want to do it all properly but would like some advise from you guy thanks

You don't need a company registration number when upgrading to a business account, all mine are buisness accounts, just use a made up buisness name, my advice would be upgrade or like eBay said you won't be able to sell, you will be fine
