ebay and paypal ask for all the fax

Hi,

I have sign up a new account using anynomous name.

However, ebay and paypal ask for all the prove and fax to them but the name and the address is ⊗⊗⊗⊗.

what can I do

HI: What they are asking for most likely:
a.) verification of a telephone call from the phone u listed
b.) verification of the identity- i.e. drivers license, utility bill
c.) Now paypal may also require much more--i.e. list of your suppliers, copy of your bank acct statement

Learn to scan your bills and "edit" them on your computer. This way you can put whatever address you would like on them. I would also recommend getting away from Paypal. Seeing as they Propay is an option you can use them, but I would recommend this if you sell alot, it is not good for a small time seller. Also look into getting your own merchant account.
