Billing agreement timeout
 

As I'm trying to create some stealth account this morning, have verified phone, and trying to set up reimbursement methods using paypal (verified), on the page "Billing Agreement for Preapproved Payments to eBay", I clicked "agree and continue", the page keeps loading and then paypal timesout.

Anyone had the same problem here ?

It was the same with two of my stealth accounts.

Had the exact same thing yesterday.

I gave it 24 hours and will try to do the agreement again today.

thanks for the reply. Yesterday it was working. Then it seems a paypal/ebay issue.:p:p

I just tried, still doesn't work. paypal times out.

Bump this forum, im having the SAME problem, i just verified my paypal account today (deposits)
(ebay account is also less then a month old)
I've done this process several times without an issue
i will wait until tomorrow, hopefully its because i just verified my paypal today?
i called ebay and they dont seem to have any problems on their end

I don't think it has anything to do with you becoming verified. I'm having this problem on verified, unverified, and older accounts.

The past few weeks or longer there have been continual glitches of all different types. 1.) funds availability 2.) tracking not showing up in PP from EB and a whole bunch of stuff I can't remember.

Amen to that , I just found on ebay that the other day they were doing some maintenance work nov6 so maybe that has something to do with it

For funds availability after opening the tracking and if says delivered I keep clicking on the funds availability date until it changes because it has been getting stuck after a few 4-5 sometimes takes 6 than it will finally update
