Neutral feedback ?

hi , guys

i got 20 positive feedback with 5/5 . almost every buyer leave a feedback for me .I was going well but some one left a Neutral feedback just because i mistakenly given him wrong code of a gift card which i replacement instantly after i got his message . i try convince him but he is not agree what should i do ?

Just let it be. Do not waste one of your feedback requests for this (you only have a limited amount of those).

A neutral feedback is nothing to get overly concerned with. Keep your DSRs in good standing and you'll be fine.

A Natural is far from the end of the world. Just carry on building more feedback

Bare in mine that selling non tangible goods is not liked by eBay so you may run into issues later on
