I got message here.

After reviewing your account, we've made the decision to restrict your ability to sell until you provide us with additional information. There are 2 ways that you can do this--through My eBay or the next time you sell.

To start the process through My eBay:
1. Click "My eBay" at the top of most eBay pages. You may need to sign in.
2. Select the "All Selling" option in the "Sell" section on the left side of the page (or in the "Selling Manager Summary").
3. Click the "Request higher selling limits" link in the monthly selling limits section.

To start the process the next time you sell, click the "request higher selling limits" link in the alert message the next time you try to list an item.

The problem I have is Id and Document to prove.
But my register name is variation name.
How can I prove the document?
Can anybody help to solve the problem?
It is so frustrate for me to open many account and got MC 999.

Some suggest that instead of using the request higher selling limits as the reason you want to call, try to see if you can select suspension and restriction. If you are able to you are supposedly given softball questions like is the ten in your possession and will you be using a supplier. Nobody database question. Try it out and let us know if that really is the case.

How old was the account before you listed an item and got the dreded MC 999?

I had the same issue on a few recent stealths and did some research here on the forum. Some say it is the GV that is causing the issue.

About 20 minutes ago, I tried the "suspension and restriction" call in option, and did NOT click on "increase limits" etc...the rep, as usual, still asks you why you are calling and I explained that I got an email about a "random check", hoping she would pull up the softball questions, but she didn't... she put me on hold to "check the account" then pulled up the database questions instead.

The softball questions I am very familiar with and it is a different mc999 notice, it doesn't have the "next time you sell, increase selling limits etc" message attached to it.

The time I got softball questions, I noticed that the suspension and restriction option was already there. I COULD NOT select the raising selling limit option. I wanted to see if that option could be changed. So I called with the restriction and suspension as the default. Have me the softball question. Maybe the fact that my mc999 had the suspension restriction option can predict whether or not you'll get the database questions? Not that it would matter anyways, because your account would be toast anyways.

After two days and then I list textbook $15. Then I got the message after one day.

Ebay customer let me provide ID or address document to prove the account.
But my name is variation. I can't provide these.
How can I do?

Bro there's no way you can list item on a two days account and not expect not to be taken down, ebay is not like before. The wise stealth method suggest you browse bid or buy a few cheap item to build feedback to gain credibility and wait at least a month before start listing. Build multiple stealth and spread sales.
