For the ones with some good longtime account experience

Hello,
I had an ebay store acct that has been up and running since 1999 and a store since 2004. It was at power seller level and over the past couple years suffered some negative DSR Ratings due to shipping cost, shipping time, along with a little negative feedback that was due to customers ordering the incorrect item and then wanting to return it (I sell new motorcycle parts and accessories). My policy is returns incur a 20% restocking fee to cover my ebay fees, shipping boxes etc. Unless it is my fault then I eat the loss.
I’ve also sold under my wife’s acct (since 2005) in the past and the only thing linking the two accounts were the street address and IP address. One month after my acct was suspended I transferred my listing to her acct. A few weeks into selling my inventory over to her acct we received this message below from ebay. Her act is perfect as far as feedback and DSR ratings. We have received no more messages and has been clear sailing for 4 months. I ceased selling on hers until I could attach a EIN # along with a LLC business name which I finalized today with my accountant.
Based on your account information and activity, it looks like user ID XXXXXXXXXXXX is associated with your account. This usually indicates that both accounts belong to the same person.

Because the other account is restricted or otherwise not meeting minimum seller standards, we've changed the amount you can list on eBay.

You can now sell up to 500 items or up to $70,900.00 per month, whichever comes first. After 90 days, we'll reassess your account and may increase your limits based on your selling performance. You can also increase your limits sooner by resolving any open issues with the associated account. We've already sent instructions for resolving these issues to the email address registered to that account.

If you currently have more items (active items for sale and sold items) this month than your limits allow, you should reduce the number of listings you have on the site. Any listings that place you over your current limits may be automatically removed.
I now have the Stealth book but have a few questions.
I would like to keep selling under hers as ALL my inventory is on Turbolister and it would take me months to pull it off the shelf and retake pics and redo the listings. I have a new LLC. Name and EIN # ready to attach to her Ebay and PP acct.
What say the experienced ones on here??

What open issues are there with the other account? Something isn't adding up here.

There were NO open issues with my account that was suspended. Always paid my fees on time, always responded to buyer cases and resolved them fairly.
I had taken some hits on DSR score under shipping because I had it at 1 day and I usually shipped the same or next day depending on when the item was purchased. I had several negatives from out of country buyers who said they never received their items, of course I refund payment, receive negative. This was a legit business acct that had been open for over 10 years that paid eB & PP 10's of thousands of dollars a year.

I don't know what my limits were but I had about $80,000 worth of items in my store when they shut it down.

Suspended = Issue.

IF You = Suspended

THEN Wife = Suspended sometime in the future [unspecified date]

END

Time for multiple accounts and never get shut down again.

Many reasons to have tons of accounts up and running, growing and building.
