Abandoned house or just random address to go with stealth account

There are still some issues I would like some help with and will appreciate your thoughts.
So I am not worried about returns. Most of my items can't be returned after taken out of their package. I probably had 4-5 returns during the 4 years of my suspended account. PO Box - again, no need at this point.
What do I do with the picking an address issue? I read from one user that abandoned houses are not good. Is it true? If yes, why is that?
How about a friend's address in the same city, about 2 miles away from where I live?
I also read in other thread that rsot wrote that any address would work as long as it hasn't been used before with pp/eb.
Any trick/tip on how to choose a random address that would most likely work?
It might sound funny, but I used to deliver newspapers few years ago, and I
was just thinking about how many old people still read newspapers, and how
it is most likely that most of them never had an ebay/pp accounts... :d
I still have access to those address if I want to (friend still deliver newspapers). Any other suggestion?

Yeah one associated with the name. Like public data base will reflect. Address needs to be real. They will know if u gave a bogus address

Thanks, but I don't understand.
I am referring to only real address. My questions are:
1) Why not choosing an abandoned house as an address (so I have read in other posts). It is a real address. It is just that no one lives there.
2) What would be the method (if there is any) to choose a random address?
An address of a business might work better (office or any small store)?
Am I over thinking that issue?

Tell em you live in an rv and don't have a permanent address.
