eBay going international

So I have 2 sales close to overseas buyers. My shipping option says USA ONLY. And I state it in the auction that shipping is to the USA ONLY.

How can I prevent outside buyers from buyers from bidding and winning.

There should be an option somewhere that says "ship within USA only" or something like that. Just go to your preference in shipping

Go to Buyer Requirements and enable "Block buyers whose primary shipping address is in a location I don't ship to."

follow up question.... since one of the buyers slipped through, Do you all put your stealth name on the customs declaration or real name. (I use the ebay shipping label so it prints with my stealth name.)

Stealth name is fine.
As long as you have access to the address on file in case of a return.
